HI, I am Igor Syrovatko. I've been part of OLX Group - one of the world's fastest growing trading platform for last 8 years. My current role is CCO at OLX Ukraine and Central Asia (executive director of sales, customer service and business development) and GM in Real estate in OLX Ukraine. I have been developing platforms for online trade for 8 years. Before that, I worked in retail banking for 10 years, with a focus on financing small and medium-sized business clients. So, my entire career was built on the creation of products that allow thousands of entrepreneurs to develop their business. The biggest passion for me is the creation of large teams, public speaking, motivation, development and growing leaders within my teams. Also, my greatest passion in business and private relations is helping others unlock the hidden value of their potential. Understanding this, I am starting my way into the field of business coaching. Because I feel that the acquired corporate experience, knowledge of the business of my clients, as well as fundamental skills in coaching can deliver great value to other leaders.

18.December 2023All my mentoring sessions have been useful and very insightful so far but there is a huge difference when you are looking for answers or clarifications from a field expert compared to having a session with a business coach like Igor.
