5 years ago I joined ACELR8, with a mission to build out 'The New Talent Infrastructure' off the world. Currently offering three hiring solutions: embedded, executive and connect (sourcing). After several successful recruiting missions at Contentful, Asana Rebel, door2door and Next Matter - I went ahead and co-created the base for our marketing team, headed up the Embedded model in London and Berlin, hired our internal team as Head of Talent - this all coming together in my role of building out the growth team to make our scaling predicatable.
