I strongly believe that true personal growth, relationship and team spirit results from deep mutural understanding of emotions and needs of each individuum.
I have a strong management and leadership background in engineering. For me it became clear, that we as humans should be the most important part of each organization. So i currently combine hard skill management stuff with soft skill related topics.
I want to grow together with you by (co-active) coaching, setting up an individual routine based on your case and your topic, gaining deeper understanding on this case and finally finding answers or best practices together.
