Jen Saville

I’m a senior UX researcher at ITHAKA in the US with over 7 years of hands-on practice. I regularly mentor and collaborate with ux researchers and product development teams. I have experience in healthcare, education, digital publishing, and outdoor recreation. Before becoming a UX researcher, I worked for over 12 years in graphic design, and brand management. I am equally passionate about coaching UX folks and discussing UX research nuts and bolts, strategy, and impact. In my free time, I work on my MCM home, play volleyball, and walk Kai, my Boston Terrier.
