I have 8 years of professional experience in customer relationship management. Being part of different company phases (start up to full grown company), I experienced various setups for teams (1 up to 20+ employees) and software (MailChimp to Salesforce, just to name the extremes). I am passionated about multi-channel lifecycle management with a close eye on user experience.
I was eager to join the Mentoring Club for two reasons:
1. I missed a mentor when I went into leadership. Someone who is not involved and objective, takes the time to listen and shares his/her experience. I had to pay a business coach for that.
2. I noticed that some of my most valuable moments in my career happened while I was mentoring someone. It makes me happy to see that I can help to ease some trouble and support the development.
