Hi, I'm Jil.

I am working within the retail and consumer-goods industry since I finished my A-levels 11 years ago. I got the chance during my dual study program, to have a profound insight into the whole collection development process of a German start-up fashion brand. Since then, I extended my development in areas, such as inside- and outside sales, strategic sales, operations, business development, marketing and project management.

My final task during my Bachelor studies included, writing a fictious business plan for a Dublin based business. As I invented a modern students accommodation, from finding the right spot to build, up to analyzing market behaviors and prices, I felt insatiable curiosity to gain more insights of a project management related role.

Since then, I found myself in various areas working at Vitra, which is my current employment as a Sales Manager. Vitra is a Swiss company dedicated to improving the quality of homes, offices and public spaces through the power of design.

As my expertise reaches from start-up and family-owned towards corporate business , I am open to chat with you about topics as following: B2B sales, strategic retail management, business development, generating new business and leads or for example, workplace consulting/advisory.

I take my motivation and fulfilment from commitment on both sides, getting inspired through conversations by new people, challenging myself and the team of being able to find new solutions, taking focus time to accomplish goals or recharge energy and especially, being asked to take the honorable role of being an advisor for colleagues and friends in any regard.

We can preferably talk in German and English - but, I'm open to try tandem in Spanish (A2), too -
