My session with Joe was interesting and useful. Joe is a great listener and very knowledgeable when it comes to Talent Acquisition. One thing that stuck with me was when Joe suggested keeping track of my achievements every month, though I update my list bi-weekly. Such a small thing has a great impact on my confidence and will also help me in my performance reviews or when asking for a promotion. I look forward to our future sessions!
