Kasia Dziemianko

Hi, I am Kasia! Since March 2013 I am working at Nokia as an Competence Development Manager in Wroclaw, Poland where one of the biggest R&D sites in our organization. On the top of supporting technical Competence Development with performance improvement focused projects I am responsible for supporting our Line and Project managers in their personal development. I have experience in guiding people with different experience: from future leaders to executives.
Prior to Nokia, I had a chance to support startups, e-commerce, production and IT companies with building their Human Resources, Learning and Development and Recruitment strategies. I have experience working in cross- cultural and cross-location teams with different backgrounds and objectives.
I love working with people with different talents to build high performing teams who are able to deliver results that exceed expectations. Trust and collaboration are key values for me. I'm very found of strenghts based leadership and have experience in supporting others in implementing it in their teams and personal development plans.
