How I can support you
My goal is to make you the leader of yourself. During our mentoring sessions we will delve into the challenging situations you may face at the work place in your (remote) team, with your managers and employees. Having worked for Zalando as a team lead for 6 years, I have a good insight and the experience of fast pace lively working environment.
During our mentoring sessions, we will find ways to empower you and enable you to utilise your strengths, competences and skills so that you can maximise your impact on your workload and the workload of those around you. Together, we will devise a clearly structured holistic programme that will enable you to determine your triggers as well as the core values and skills you wish to gain or boost. I will support you in mastering the challenges of leadership in an agile working environment so that you can form strong teams through purpose driven cooperation. How to build and lead a remote team will be part of our sessions, too.
Why I am a mentor
I am convinced that everyone should have a mentor at their side: a person who demonstrates new ways, broadens horizons, shares experiences, strengthens strengths, promotes potential and acts as a role model.
As a mentor I have the opportunity to accompany you on your professional path. This is giving me the chance to give back what I got and learned. In addition to the strength-oriented approach of my parents, I was lucky to have had an artist mentor to reinforce and bolster my skills for over ten years – from which I still benefit today. My mentor taught me to think freely and to literally draw beyond the edge in the true sense of the word. This experience benefits me greatly in my work as a trainer and coach: not accepting the status quo, but rather striving to find solutions that promote productivity as well as sustainable cooperation. Thinking unconventionally, innovatively and flexibly is exactly what I love about my job. I hope to be able to accompany you and support you on your journey to achieving your goals.
