I have over three decades of professional experience in the Information Technology and Consulting Industry including holding several leadership positions in leading local and global organizations. I am a member of various IT Professional Committees and Advisory Panels. I appreciate the challenges that individuals face in navigating a corporate technology world. I seek to first understand my mentees and adopts the approach to share and incorporate my experiences to the context of the mentees’ need to have a clearer picture of the direction to move forward and overcome the challenges in the working environment.
