Talent Acquisition EMEA Executives

I bring 20 years' recruitment experience, I am a Technology & Functional Talent Acquisition specialist (recruiting Tech, Digital / Mobile Marketing, Legal, Finance candidates) currently developing 'EMEA EXECUTIVES' search solutions by identifying, engaging and assessing exceptional executive talent in the EMEA & APAC regions who thrive within Top Global Technology corporations and VC backed High Growth Start up companies. Previously, I held a divisional director position with one the UK's largest business process outsourcing PLC's, managing and growing their largest Financial Services client from beginning 2010 until end 2014 with a client spend of £18.m per annum and then since 2015 I project managed and developed an app for the hospitality sector, "iGRATM". Relationship Building, Customer and Candidate retention experience, Reward, Performance, Speed, and Quality of hire is very important to me. Some of the behaviours I searched for when interviewing executives: Highly customer centric, Humble, Solution orientated, Analytical skills, Diversity, Team Player, Resilience, Self-Motivator, Communication skills. Client Sectors I have worked in: Finance - Insurance, Retail, Commercial, Cards, Investment Banking, Travel, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Professional Services, MOD, Private Equity, VC high growth startup's. I like to work with companies that give workers enormous autonomy, encourage and enable collaboration and see open-source development as the future of innovation. I believe the greatest successes come from workers' own initiatives and their creativity is essential to the entrepreneurship that gets new businesses started and that sustains the best companies after they have reached global scale.

I had an incredibly helpful mentoring session with Keith, currently working in recruitment at N26. He provided valuable insights on improving my CV and LinkedIn profile, and even offered to have his product colleagues provide feedback. Keith's friendly demeanor and expertise in presenting oneself for a job make him highly recommended!

1. Positioning on LinkedIn and ways to increase profile rating: add summary section, articles, ask for professional recommendations, attach materials that show interests beyond work, make connections related to the fields of interest, stay active, make posts, share posts of others, like, comment etc.     2. Applying for a job through an agency, might be helpful considering the current situation on the job market.   3. Expectations from executive assistant roles based on personal experience: big established companies look for experienced applicants, so better to apply for a start-up with a team of 10-15 people.
