I have seen the birth of Scrum's application in the IT field, and I have received my Scrum Master Certificate directly from one of the founders of Agile Methodology, Mike Cohn. As the adoption of Agile methodologies matured, I furthered my education by studying organizational transformations, corporate cultures, and change management at Stanford University.
My journey has led me to coach teams and individuals in diverse companies across Silicon Valley and Europe. I've also provide private consulting services, helping individuals and small businesses reach their highest potential and thrive.
