Lilia has more than 15 years in IT, working in different roles: QA, test lead, pre-sales, project manager, product manager.
Starting her career as a QA engineer, she took more and more responsibilities and wanted to see the bigger picture and change the bigger picture. That's how Lilia realized that product management is her target role. She has experience working for international companies, building global SaaS products with distributed teams.
Lilia is also passionate about helping people, empowering women to transition to product management, and build a successful career.
