Yes, extremely! Lucie is super knowledgeable. She asked probing but open questions, allowing me to expand on my thoughts and challenges. We then discussed ideas and possible solutions in more detail, the whole time keeping me empowered to find my way to the answers. By the end of the session I felt reassured that my thoughts are on the right track and with real, tangible next steps to follow through on. For a single session, it was expremely successful. The scheme itself it really powerful and I'd be happy to consider mentoring in the future as a way to "pass it forward"

Thank you so much Lucie! I really got a lot of insights from the session and actionable feedbacks: - how to make sure I not just focus on my comfortable area and spend time on strategy PM work - how to define some processes to avoid overloaded with testing or manual work - how to make sure I share my learnings to other PMs and gather feedback to make sure I feel confident for senior management to review
