Hello! My name is Luiz Felipe (but you can call me Luiz) and I’m a Software Engineering Manager with more than ten years' experience. During the past years, I’ve led and worked on several initiatives in fast-paced and multicultural working environments. Currently, I'm leading software engineering teams at Microsoft in Dublin.

My background allows me to empathize with and better understand the team's needs. It also facilitates communication within the team and between the team and other areas.
