Maj Vivek Varma joined the elite Indian Armed Forces (military) at the age of 22 and has more than a decade experience in leadership, building high performance teams and strategy. After the terms of engagement from the military got over, he had a chance to work in one of the top global investment bank (Goldman Sachs), an early stage startup and biggest online based internet e-classified company. He is currently operating as Head of City Operations in OLX Group.He is also an avid sportsman and has played Lawn Tennis at the national level, Badminton, Squash, Athletics at the zonal level. He is passionate about mentoring people from diverse backgrounds because he firmly believes that diversity in any organisation is key.
