Mary Petersen is Australian born with a diploma of teaching. She has been living in Munich, Germany, for over forty years where she originally worked as a freelance business English trainer before furthering her education to expand into intercultural training and then further to career, education, and executive coaching. Writing international resumes and CVs is one of her specialties. She is a regular presenter at education and career fairs in Germany and works closely with major MBA Fair organizers such as QS and Access MBA/Masters Fairs where she consults attendees on their applications whenever the fairs pass through Germany. Furthermore, she was invited to be on the European Union Committee to map both TOEFL and TOEIC English language tests to the Common European Framework of Reference for European language standards and then commissioned by ETS (the makers of the tests) to write 'Fit for TOEFL' and 'Fit for TOEIC' (available on Amazon). She is also a regular article writer for the German HR magazine 'Personnel Management.' The research for these articles keeps her up-to-date with latest developments in management, leadership, and employment development around the world. Mary is a strong supporter of equal rights for women and has written and presented vastly on this issue. Mary has won various accolades including Princeton Premier achievement award, Worldwide Branding membership, Profiling Values partner and a mention in the German Who's Who.
