I’m Michi, focusing curently on the Technical Program Management craft with a background in aerospace engineering and a passion for driving clarity and execution across complex, cross-functional programs in Product & Engineering.

At Celonis, I’ve scaled Product Management, led the Office of the CTO, and built our global TPM function from the ground up. Today, I lead a distributed team driving strategic programs across Engineering, Product, Design, InfoSec, and more—empowering teams to align fast, manage complexity, and deliver at scale.

My systems-thinking mindset was shaped early—standing in my parents’ backyard in rural Bavaria watching fighter jets overhead. That fascination led me to study aerospace engineering, where I specialized in lightweight structures and future aircraft concepts. Whether designing sideward-retractable seats or challenging sustainability assumptions, I’ve always approached problems with creativity and rigor.

Beyond Celonis, I advocate as speaker and join podcasts on Technical Program Management, organize community events (Munich, Madrid, New York - TPM Trails), and speak at industry conferences to help elevate the TPM craft globally next to taking my paraglider to the mountains, sailing with friends, or enjoy backcountry skiing to refule my energy.
