I am a passionate Product Manager who is interested in Technology and the future of the IT industry. Full of enthusiasm, Passion, and endless Ambition. I am seeking all the updates and new challenges in the Product Management career and the software industry in general. During my career in different Project Management, and Product Management various positions used both Traditional Waterfall processes (Starting with the Initiation and Requirement Analysis phase, Then Planning, Then Execution, then Monitoring and Control, and finally Closing) or Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. For my areas of expertise, I participated in Egypt's Digital Transformation. Besides, to deliver projects and products to different well-known organizations in various fields around the world. I have some decent Knowledge in the Banking Sector, FinTech solutions, ERP Solutions, and some good experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Besides, I have a professional experience on the strategic level of product management practices by creating the product vision, mission, objectives, roadmap... etc., and on the tactical level by owning the product backlog, prioritizing it, communicating with the stakeholder, making sure that we have a valid KPIs to track the progress of the sprints like Burning up, Burn down and Velocity, and running the required ceremonies like a daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. I am still practicing my leadership skills by seeking knowledge and experience, and I am looking for extraordinary achievements and a successful career path full of remarkable milestones and positive contributions wherever I belong. I am working hard for that. I am sure that I can do it.
