I'm a Brazilian Product Designer with over 12 years of experience in the European and Brazilian Digital Product space leading teams and building products from scratch until their scale-up phases. Having worked with companies like Mesa Co., Movile, Freeletics, ORDA, Kaia Health, Drumap I have experienced a wide variety of professional situations which shaped my career.

I love the interaction with other people that we get from building products and I think that's one of the most underrated skills to have in today's world. Being a great team player and understanding team dynamics is a lot of times what gives you the leap in your career, after all companies focus on numbers but they're made of real people. Get better at dealing with people and you'll mostly get better at doing your job as well.
