I had a wonderful session with Natalia, who listened to my career transition story with a lot of empathy and helped me identify some key questions that I must answer about myself in order to gain clarity and direction in my career transition journey. In addition, Natalia patiently walked me through many examples and nuances of challenges that the HR field seeks to solve, which is very insightful and would help me articulate the value I can bring to this field. I am looking forward to talking to Natalia again and would recommend her as a mentor.
