Neil Lightfoot

Hi, my name is Neil and I currently work as Head of Commercial Sales within a Cyber Security company - Netskope. Based in UK I run a team of SDR's, Channel Managers and Account Executives across both EMEA and LATAM. As a result I need to keep the team motivated and focused virtually and across many languages - Arabic, Spanish, French, English, Swedish, Portuguese and German. Netskope is pre-IPO start up and as such the need to be flexible and decisive is part of my DNA to make things happen. Prior to Netskope I worked for 6 years for another Cyber Security business - Zscaler - where I was one of the early European hires and built the Customer Advocacy function, Renewals across EMEA as well as Business Development and General Business teams. I have a wealth of knowledge and would be happy to talk through my experiences to date and hopefully give some guidance to those that want another view.
