I'm currently leading the Engineering team at zeroheight, a startup that makes it easy for people to build design systems. Before that I was at another startup for four and a half years, and part of its growth from 15 people to over 200. I led the Engineering team as we grew from five engineers to over 30, and then focused on building out our platform, data and analytics, and delivery capabilities. I'd moved there from Barclays Investment Bank after just under nine years working in a wide range of roles across Technology. I've learnt a lot in my career from some great mentoring relationships, starting with my time at Barclays, and looking forward to both sharing my experience and learning from others here.
