Oleksandr Tsapenko

My name is Sasha, I`ve been working as a PM in IT for more than 7 years and have experience in more than 50 projects. Among the projects I worked on were both the development of solutions for foreign customers and the implementation of products for the Ukrainian market. The areas of business which my projects were related to are cyber security, real estate, telecommunications and transport. Most of my teams were cross-functional and complex in structure, separated into several sub-teams.
Among my achievements on the role of PM, I`d like to emphasize the Agile transformation of several projects (including the company's top project), the successful and timely completion of product development (mobile application) in war conditions and the creation of PMO department in the company.
