Hi ! I'm Panji, based in Indonesia. I currently work at TipTip, we are trying to disrupt the content creator economy in SEA. Prior to Mekari, I worked at SEA Unicorns at Grab & OVO primarily in financial technology & commerce, and other companies in Indonesia. I had a chance to lead small-to-mid-size team (up to 200 engineers) engineering team that spread across multiple regions (Indonesia, India, Vietnam).
