I have worked in the Automotive industry for Ford Motor and it's electronics divisions as well as launching multiple vehicle programs across the world. While I have an engineering degree, I really enjoyed utilizing my MBA and as a Mentor at work. I was fortunate to progress to the 3rd level management and understand what it takes to have a work/life balance.
I established mutiple mentoring programs for 1st level managers to help them in their career and subsequently in their personal lives.
As a wise person once said, learning from your mistakes is great but learning from the mistakes of others is even better.
I have had 40 different direct bosses and learned from the best of the best. I have found each manager's superpower and learned a great deal from them. It is time to share this.
