Patrik Breitenmoser

With over 20 years in Software Development and Product Management, I’ve spent most of my career turning ideas into real products. I’ve worked with startups and scale-ups, built MVPs, validated concepts, and learned how to move from zero to one quickly and repeatedly.

Over the last two and a half years, my focus shifted heavily toward AI. I wanted to understand how AI changes the way we build software, organise teams, and run companies. That led me deep into agentic coding, vibe coding, AI-assisted product management, and rapid prototyping. I learned how AI reshapes workflows, where it creates real leverage, and how teams can achieve 5–10× improvements on the tasks that normally slow them down.

This turned into hands-on work with small and medium-sized businesses as well as larger organisations with several thousand employees. I helped them identify automation opportunities, redesign processes, build prototypes, and understand what modern AI can and cannot do. I’ve run workshops on AI strategy, automation, agentic coding, and practical AI skills for people without a technical background. A lot of this work also touched HR, where AI is transforming roles and processes faster than most expect.

Along the way, I started an AI consulting company, launched a podcast, and built a training platform focused on helping people understand and apply AI in their daily work. What motivates me is sharing what I’ve learned and helping others navigate this shift—whether they’re founders, product builders, HR leaders, or anyone trying to become faster and more effective with modern tools.
