I feel passionate about working with entrepreneurs and leaders to maximise personal and professional potential. There is something special about working with people who are building a vision, working on breaking new ground or creating something unique.

Business, commerce, strategy, and finance are important and valuable but ultimately, it is always about people!

I enjoy working with people who thrive on making a difference, for themselves, their families, their teams, and society. One of the most fulfilling experiences is to support someone to achieve a goal which they themselves did not believe they could achieve.

I have spent more than 25 years of my career as an entrepreneur and Managing Director of our own business, taking it from the beginnings in a spare room to global niche market leader with a team of more than 70. For the last 15 years my role has transitioned to coach, mentor and sparring partner.

Since the successful sale of our business in 2015 I am active as an investor, non-executive director, trainer and mentor.

The exciting aspect of any new challenge is that usually everyone learns and grows.
I intend to keep doing that for many years.
