Hi all! My name is Remus Racolta and I am co-founder at Data Booster - a start-up specialized in delivering customized data literacy programs for companies, where I am responsible for leading the efforts on data strategy, platform and curriculum development. In the past years I worked on building and scaling up the data & analytical capabilities for several projects in the Global Innovation department at ING - one of the largest digital banks in the world. From this position, I was responsible for the end-to-end stream of transforming data into business value: from data engineering, data analysis and machine learning to effective data storytelling and data-driven decision. When doing this, I had one goal in mind: drive change using data. I take my energy from transforming ideas into products and from having real conversations with people to better understand them. I also really like cooking and doing meticulous food table arrangements, whether it's just a simple breakfast or friends are combing over for dinner. Sometimes it also looks good.
