Helping people in product engineering make a difference is my mission. I've spent 27 years working in product engineering in a range of roles, industries and companies. I've spent the last 5 years focussing on 1:1 and team coaching as all sustainable change in an organisation comes from the people involved. I work heavily with startup and hyperscale organisations to support people in leadership roles. I'm here as a mentor to further my passion of supporting people
