Rumeysa Gunduz Can, PhD

My core value is to be a better version of myself daily by continuously learning and sharing this with others. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, and a master's degree and a PhD in neurosciences. After 10+ years of academic research, I entered an entrepreneurship journey in MedTech/NeuroTech. As a co-founder and project/product manager, I worked on two startup projects. The startup projects were invaluable experiences for me to grow in various topics, including but not limited to lean startup framework, business development, agile project management and product management. After becoming an academic and co-founder, I decided to experience the corporate world and started working in a NeuroTech company as a project manager. Following my core value, I also became an ICF-certified professional coach to support others in finding meaning in life, enabling growth and facilitating any journey they are willing to undergo, whether for personal lives or careers.
