Sanjay Krishnaswami

I have spent 26 years working at senior roles in the tech industry. Most recently as VP Engineering and Head of Engineering to Software Development Manager and Developer roles earlier in my career. I have worked in large enterprises as well as startups with less than 50 people. I have worked in both the US as well as India in leadership roles and have had global teams spanning US, Canada, Europe, India and Australia.

I have worked at companies like Amazon, Avaya, Genesys, 247.ai and Bank of America to name a few and have worked across domains like E-commerce, AdTech, LegalTech, and Customer Experience Technology. I have worked in Web Development, Distributed Computing, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning & AI and Analytics.

I have been a constant learner in life, having earned an MBA, Executive Management Certificate and Masters in Machine Learning in the last 12 years.

Having lead a varied life and seen different situations at work, academics and personal life across multiple continents, I am passionate about contributing my experience and learnings back to the community.
