Hi! My name is Saskia.

I started off in a classical company career path - and after working in these environments for about 8 years, I worked my way into being Head of Sales. But I noticed that this is not for me. I noticed that I donโ€™t want to fill boxes others built for me. Where can my curiosity go and play in these? So I went on a quest to find my own box.

Today, my official Job Title is Consultant and Speaker on Holistic Digital Strategy, New Era Mentoring and Digital Diversity Advisor. That includes everything I love and am passionate about. And I tossed the search for the box. Because that means there are borders on all sides involved.

My Job includes helping companies building their digital strategy, painting the big picture and understanding why people are the key factor for a good digitalization process.

My passion is learning all the new stuff that this job includes!

What Iโ€™m curious about:

- How the Grey Area helps all of us thrive

The puzzle Iโ€™m trying to solve:

- How the rise of Women in Tech can be supported for the good of all

What Iโ€™m eternally obsessed with:

- Helping people to adjust their technologic solutions uniquely to their situation

What Iโ€™m relentlessly studying:

- What the formula for a holistic digitalization looks like

If you did neither fall asleep until now nor are frightened away I think we can work pretty well together. It shows to me that you are open, interested and curious. And with these prerequisites I am curious to see how I can support you!

I was blessed with her mentoring, she gave me wonderful advice and opened my eyes to so many things.

She gave me the information that I need to hear, not the ones I wanted to hear regarding entrepreneurship and business.

It was great to meet her and I look forward to seeing her again soon!

Vielen herzlichen Dank fรผr deine Zeit und deinen Input - sehr wertvoll fรผr mich ๐Ÿ’›

Range - How Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World
David Epstein

'Fascinating . . . If youโ€™re a generalist who has ever felt overshadowed by your specialist colleagues, this book is for you' โ€“ Bill Gates The instant Sunday Times Top Ten and New York Times bestseller Shortlisted for the Financial Times/McKinsey Business Book of the Year Award A Financial Times Essential Reads A powerful argument for how to succeed in any field: develop broad interests and skills while everyone around you is rushing to specialize. From the โ€˜10,000 hours ruleโ€™ to the power of Tiger parenting, we have been taught that success in any field requires early specialization and many hours of deliberate practice. And, worse, that if you dabble or delay, you'll never catch up with those who got a head start. This is completely wrong. In this landmark book, David Epstein shows you that the way to succeed is by sampling widely, gaining a breadth of experiences, taking detours, experimenting relentlessly, juggling many interests โ€“ in other words, by developing range. Studying the world's most successful athletes, artists, musicians, inventors and scientists, Epstein demonstrates why in most fields โ€“ especially those that are complex and unpredictable โ€“ generalists, not specialists are primed to excel. No matter what you do, where you are in life, whether you are a teacher, student, scientist, business analyst, parent, job hunter, retiree, you will see the world differently after you've read Range. You'll understand better how we solve problems, how we learn and how we succeed. You'll see why failing a test is the best way to learn and why frequent quitters end up with the most fulfilling careers. As experts silo themselves further while computers master more of the skills once reserved for highly focused humans, Range shows how people who think broadly and embrace diverse experiences and perspectives will increasingly thrive and why spreading your knowledge across multiple domains is the key to your success, and how to achieve it. 'I loved Range' โ€“ Malcolm Gladwell 'Urgent and important. . . an essential read for bosses, parents, coaches, and anyone who cares about improving performance.' โ€“ Daniel H. Pink 'So much crucial and revelatory information about performance, success, and education.' โ€“ Susan Cain, bestselling author of Quiet

Creativity, Inc. - Overcoming the Unseen Forces That Stand in the Way of True Inspiration
Ed Catmull

Lessons in creativity and business from the president of Pixar and Disney Animation _____________________________________________________________ 'Just might be the best business book ever written.' Forbes Magazine This is the story behind the company that changed animation forever. Here, the founder of Pixar reveals the ideas and techniques that have made Pixar one of the most widely admired creative businesses, and one of the most profitable. As a young man, Ed Catmull had a dream: to make the world's first computer-animated movie. When an early partnership with George Lucas led, indirectly, to his founding Pixar with Steve Jobs and John Lasseter in 1986, he couldn't have known what would come. Nine years later and against all odds, Toy Story was released. It was the start of a new generation of animation. Through its focus on the joy of storytelling, inventive plots and emotional authenticity, Pixar revolutionised how animated films were created. Creativity, Inc. is a book for managers who want to lead their employees to new heights, a manual for anyone who strives for originality, with behind-the-scenes examples from Pixar itself. It is a book about how to build and sustain a creative culture with a unique identity. And through this story, we learn what creativity really is. 'Ed reveals, with common sense specificity and honesty, examples of how not to get in your own way and realize a creative coalescence of art, business and innovation.' George Lucas
