I am Shaleen, passionate about everything around personal development and growth, everything around "squiggly" career approaches (opposite to the classic latter approach) and everything around efficient and structured work approaches.
Bases in Berlin, I am currently working for Delivery Hero, a truly global organization, currently in Hypergrowth. While I have worked as a strategic procurement specialist for a couple of years, and as a strategic project manager the last year, I now joined the People & Culture Leadership team as Chief of Staff.
In my private life I would say my biggest passion (even if it sounds so standard, it is still true) is travel. With my natural curiosity and interest in the world and people, I would call this my go-to-hobby. Other than that, I do love reading and writing as well as HIIT and Spinning workouts.
