I’ve facilitated corporate training programs, teambuilding, leadership workshops, leadership retreat, mentored & coach rising young talents, and mobilized employee engagement programs for L’Oreal, Laura Mercier, Tohtonku, CIMB Bank, Petronas, Glaxosmithkline and many others. My passion and mission is also to work with youths to guide and develop them in times of uncertainty and ambiguity. 23.June 2021I thought the session was very helpful. Shereen helped me organize my thoughts better and see the steps I need to take next. She helped me to self reflect on recurring patterns in my life to discover what gives me purpose, and then to build a career geared towards that. She also reinforced that I need to work on connecting the dots for potential employers better to communicate my expertise and passion to them. If I am lacking expertise, then I need to find ways to get it. I still have a ways to go, but I now have a clearer sense of what I need to do to next.
