Siobhan Linard

Siobhan has worked multi-industry but with a focus on FMCG and with sustainability at the heart. By day she works to establish how Mars can unlock the power of partnership ecosystems for breakthrough innovation. She has extensive experience in procurement, transformation and strategy across businesses of all scales from start-up to multi-national, as both independent businesses and in post-acquisition phase.

Siobhan is passionate about unlocking system, team and individual potential and is a trained leadership coach, focusing on developing minority leaders and start-up mentoring. Excited by the power of community to drive change, she has held charity board positions, formerly heading the operations for Pride in London, and consulted to the Women's March, The Elders and on large-scale community/employee engagement events.
