Building strong commercial relationships with blue-chip brands. Leading and developing teams. Growing Clients. Fixing problems. Learning and adapting. Discovering my passion for people.
Then I founded my own coaching practice - Your Shift - in May 2022 to help people make important, long-lasting shifts in their professional lives. This is now my main focus.
