Hello, I'm Svitlana, a Ukrainian who has twice experienced displacement due to the war started by Russia against Ukraine - first in 2014, when I left my home, and again in 2022, when I had to leave once more. Now, propelled by the challenges of war, I stand in Germany. It's not just a new life; it's a test, and yet, I feel the strength within, affirming that I can navigate and conquer this journey. With a professional background spanning over 15 years, ranging from roles as Environmental Engineer and Project Manager to leading a charitable foundation, I've gained expertise in the nonprofit sector. While currently expanding my skills in Human Resources, I'm also looking forward to leveraging my project management experience. Embarking on a new phase of my career journey in this foreign land, I am eager to serve as a mentor, providing guidance and insights to help others successfully navigate their transitions. Having accumulated nearly two years of experience in Human Resources at a Global Renewable Energy company , I am keen on enhancing career prospects and fostering professional growth for fellow Ukrainian refugees and young talents seeking opportunities in Germany.
