28.January 2022Victor is an amazing person! Really love his vibe and communication style! I learned a lot even from the way he clarifies questions and checks in while he speaks - these are some qualities that usually are expected from product managers, so its great to learn them as well. Really like that he also showed an example with some analysis and that he focuses more on analytical thinking and approach rather than learning different tools. Loved the empathy, vulnerability and openness - I felt understood and that I am not alone in this situation of feeling overwhelmed.
