Wolfgang Doerfler has broad international experience of 25+ years both in management and consultancy: in the FMCG industry (Procter&Gamble, Diageo plc), he worked as CFO international and Sales Director, as Country General Manager and Board member of a publicly listed Joint Venture in Hungary, as well as Managing Director of a global Consultancy, starting up the business in India, Poland and Russia, and leading the Business in the German-speaking region and the CEE Region. As a project manager, he worked on global change projects such as ERP implementations. As a certified coach, he is passionate about learning and development, growth and leveraging potential in people, sharing knowledge and experience.
In his current business, he is Partner, Director and Shareholder in a global consultancy business that helps clients to transform their business by adding temporarily senior management to drive speed and execution.
