I have rich expertise in HR, for last 3 years my projects got 4 professional awards, for last 2 years I led 2 international projects in countries of South-Eastern Europe (for 1500 employees).

For 9 years I worked in Miele RKU and was responsible for Learning & Development, talent development, corporate culture and employee engagement, internal communications and HR-brand enforcement.

Recently I have been the HR BP in one of the biggest russian companies in the field of taxi and rental cars.

Now I'm developing as a project manager, I lead several HR projects in different companies.
