As a program manager, I led complex international initiatives across tech companies, e-commerce, and startups. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and completed Amazon’s FinOps Project Management Academy (PMA) program.

I adopt and advice on new technologies, including the use of AI to improve processes and decision-making, while also analysing its negative impact on the workforce and society with a focus on dehumanisation ( = depriving a person or group of positive human qualities).

I have a Master’s Degree in International Management (2 year program), where I studies business across four countries: France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

I have lived in 8 countries and speak 4 languages fluently: Spanish, Romanian, Italian, and English.

I integrate Performance Coaching and Advisory into a single session. Each session is structured around your priorities. We can talk about tools, frameworks, best practices, new technologies, methodologies, compliance, risk management and prioritisation.

Who Is It For

Sessions are for women. Women remain underrepresented at every level of the corporate pipeline, holding 29% of C-suite roles, down from 49% representation at entry level. In 2025, only 93 women were promoted to manager for every 100 men and that figure drops to 74 for women of colour.
