About This Offer
In these sessions I will share mindfulness based practices that can help reduce stress and create space for clarity and creativity. Most of these practices can be done anywhere and only take a few minutes. The invitation is to pause throughout the day, preferably at regular intervals, and when you are feeling overwhelmed so that you are able to maintain the stress levels and get through your day feeling a sense of ease and hopefully joy.
We will also have an opportunity to have an open safe discussion about your current state of wellbeing and explore ways forward that could be useful for you to live a balanced, healthy and joyful life.
