Once in your new role we can work together 1:1 to set you up for success on through our #first90dayscoaching programme, identifying the situation and challenges you will be entering and provide the game plan to deliver effectively on the promise you showed in the interview and avoid the regular pitfalls experienced by new leadership positions that often lead to either people being moved on within 18months or let go entirely. These sessions should take place every 2 weeks for accountability and progress. They require booking for each session.
