Hello my dear, my name is Senik Nikoyan.
As a child I've always asked myself where I belong to. I was born in Ukraine, raised by a Russian mother and an Armenian father. At the age of twelve I moved to Germany, went to school there and after studied in the US.
Now I am working for P&G in Sales and responsible for the Fabric Care Business in Switzerland.
Prior to P&G, I was working for global ICT corporations like Vodafone, Telekom and and the Management Consulting firm McKinsey.
Nevertheless, my career started in FMCG, when I was working as a cashier in a supermarket and became the deputy store manager in less than one year.
As an immigrant living in Germany it was not always easy for me to achieve all these milestones and there were more fails than what you can see on my LinkedIn profile :) I truly believe that everybody can achieve their goals by hard-working and believe in oneself.
Equal opportunities in education and supporting minorities was always important to me (also due to my own background) - thats why I found an initiative to support 1st Gen. Graduates via a voluntary 1on1 Mentoring, from their study up to a successful career start.
I am looking forward to meet you in our call!
