I’ve spent the last 15 years interacting with or on behalf of customers from all walks of life. At PayPal, I led a Global Technical Support Team, built out Merchant Operations Teams in Spain & Italy deep-dived into the world of online gambling. I’m currently Chief Operations Officer with CloudAssist and TeamsAssist whose core focus is to help companies adopt Microsoft Teams. My passion is helping people develop and unlock the best version of themselves through coaching.
