Hi, I am Madhulika. I work as a QA manager at London based fintech. I have got a chance to work with Big4 consulting, extremely big product based companies and also in small start ups. In my last 13 years of software testing experience i have seen QA in companies changes from an isolated activity to a highly important part of the software development lifecyle. I have worked with Test automation, and also managed high performing teams with team members from varied cultures, skillsets and capabilities. I witnessed how agile was customised in many different ways in big and small organisations and how testing has been shifting left. I have been lucky to mentor a lot of my direct and indirect reportees to upskil technically or move into senior roles. I have always tried to create a learn and let learn environment helping my teams achieve their professional goals while keeping their passion for coding and testing alive. I have always been hands on, so have never shied away to sit down and work with my team members , understand the problem and then take a well thought out solution.
