Session was very helpful and very comfortable. Maria seems very professional and in the way she speaks and explains things demonstrates the vast experience she has in the field of management and leadership in tech environments.

Maria is an experienced professional and a great listener. As a person, she is kind and caring and makes the interaction friendly and open, even on critical topics. She will probably be able to open different perspectives to what you've already thought, and clarify your direction, as she did for me.

The session was super helpful. Especially talking to a senior leader gave me a nice perspective on how things are approached in a more mature organization. What was also interesting is to learn about the chronology of PADs and how the involvement should like from my side. This was really helpful on a personal level as well as I've been struggling a bit on what my actualy impact and responsibilities are next to hiring as it felt I was basically "just supporting" and not influencing on the technical side anymore in an effort to transfer ownership.
