Leadership is, by far, my most significant professional passion. I believe that it's (almost) impossible to build a great product or service without a solid, motivated, and well-taken care of team on board. In my experience, leadership is crucial in enabling any team's full potential. My second biggest passion is putting chaos into order. I enjoy watching rough ideas become plans and then, through work and adaptation, come to life. In my spare time, I provide leaders and managers with the knowledge, guidance, and support they need to discover their own leadership blueprint and develop the skills necessary to become true leaders of their teams.
