I have long time experience leading engineering teams and managing managers. This experience includes being responsible for groups of teams in large corporations with thousands of contributors and millions of customers to whole tech departments in minor ones. I also had the opportunity to built teams from scratch and helped others to improve their tech healthiness, operations and business results. As a servant leader my strategy to bring results is to empower the team, consequently I dedicate a lot of my time to mentoring my team's members. Over time I helped a lot of engineers to growth in their careers, helping them to progress as engineers, managers or choosing their career path.
